Papers are now being accepted for the 2027 IEEE-IAS/ACA Cement Conference.

The conference invites papers focused on the practical application of electrical technology, standards, equipment, safety, and systems relevant to the cement industry, within the scope of the Cement Industry Committee Working Groups.

New for 2027 – Early Review + Rolling Submissions
To strengthen technical quality and provide earlier feedback to authors, the submission process has been updated:

Early Review Deadline: Abstracts submitted by April 23, 2026 will be reviewed in an initial cycle by the Working Groups. Authors will receive early feedback to refine and strengthen their papers prior to final submission.
Rolling Submissions: After April 23, abstracts will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until the program is filled.

All papers are subject to peer review and will be published in the conference record. Selected papers may also be considered for publication in IEEE Industry Applications Society publications, including the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications and Industry Applications Magazine.

At least one author is required to register for and attend the conference to present the paper.
