Cemex Miami Cement Plant Tour
Experience integrated cement manufacturing and dragline quarry operations at one of Cemex’s most important U.S. cement facilities.
Limited to 200 participants. Advance registration required.
On Thursday, April 30, the conference is proud to offer an exclusive tour of the Cemex Miami Cement Plant. Tour attendees will see cement manufacturing in action, from quarrying operations to finished cement products. Located approximately one hour from the Broward County Convention Center (BCCC), this integrated facility combines raw material extraction, clinker production, and cement finishing on a single site, supplying essential materials for South Florida’s building market.
Buses will depart in two groups of 100 from the Broward County Convention Center East Entrance outside (near the conference registration desk)
A boxed lunch will be provided.
Cost: $50 add-on when registering for the conference.
**Please wear a long-sleeve shirt and steel-toe shoes. Additional PPE will be provided on site.**
