As the Baby Boom generation ambles towards retirement, most cement producers are struggling with the retention of their experiences and their immense knowledge of “why things operate the way that they do” at legacy plants.  Newer plant personnel struggle with balancing “the way things have always been done” with “what’s the best way to do things.”  This panel will discuss the emerging role of AI in cement production, and role of newer information tools in capturing plant knowledge while adapting to the available workforce
