Exhibit space is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for exhibit space is done online by clicking on the blue "Register Now" button on the lower left. Please note the following:
Each exhibit space purchased includes ONE free registrant. Each booth must be registered separately and a unique person must be assigned to the booth (names can be changed up to a week prior to the conference). Additional personnel registered to work in the same booth must register as an “Extra Exhibit Person” and pay the individual registration fee required.
Each registrant agrees to be bound by the terms of purchase and by the Rules of Etiquette shown on this website. Fern Exposition Services will once again handle the trade show floor needs including drayage, pipe and drape. Each booth includes an 8ft tall back drape and 3ft side drapes. The booth space and the aisles are carpeted. All other booth furnishings must be supplied by the exhibitor or ordered from Fern Exposition Services.
Pricing - This year's exhibit hall offers three types of booths starting at $3,000 each. Premium booths space is in front of the hall by the main entrance and costs an additional $1,000 (Total $4,000). Added value booth space is located adjacent to the food and beverage areas costs an additional $500 (Total $3,500). The remaining space is considered standard and does not have an additional cost. The button below will be activated as soon as registration is opened.
Sponsorships - This year's Organizing Committee is also pleased to continue the simplified Sponsorship Program from last year. Four levels of sponsorship are offered with increasing benefits to the sponsor as the level increases in price. For more information visit the Sponsorship page of this website. You can purchase a sponsorship during the online registration process by simply selecting your desired level.
